This is a book-to-move adaptation I haven’t yet read. This series has been around for sooo long and I still haven’t gotten into it like thousands of readers before me. I read the first one a couple years ago, I totally forgot about reading the next book, and I have no idea why. Why would I be that silly? Well, I have a copy, and I will be reading it before the movie comes out August 23rd. Hopefully. There really isn’t an excuse seeing as it will be during the summer and I have no life during the summer.
Also…below is the song from the Beautiful Creatures trailer. Florence and the Machine are in EVERY cool movie trailer nowadays. Hop on the bandwagon and listen to this piece of gorgeousness. Novel Sounds just posted a link to another amazing Florence and the Machine song from Snow White and the Hunstman, called Breath of Life. I have been listening to these two songs non-stop for hours. HOURS!
AUGUST 23!! I picked up City of Bones and before I got past the first chapter, something possessed me to put it down but after this trailer… NO WAY AM I PUTTING THAT DOWN AGAIN.

I haven’t read The Mortal Instrument series yet either. I want to read at least the first one before the movie comes out. I have read the Infernal Devices series though and found it incredibly addictive!
